Just a little over done.

I woke up this morning feeling like I had gone on a 30 mile galloping horse ride. My thighs (between my groin and knees) are like throbbing sore. Did I sleep walk and do lunges all night? haha. My only 3 justifications are 1) Well I am 32 weeks pregnant. What doesnt hurt? 2) I slipped funny on Saturday night and it might be a side effect from that. 3) I went from sitting to standing to squatting over and over again while trying to set up the freaking crib from H-E-Double Hockey sticks. haha.

So this weekend was kind of action packed man. We did a lot but we had fun. Got to see everyone for the most part. Friday when I got off work I picked David up from home and we went over to the Rattrays house for pizza and rock band. Cyrena is due on the 7th of May and I am due on the 2nd of pay haha. We had fun, talked a lot. We got some sad news though... the Rattrays will be moving soon. This summer they are 85% most likely moving to Philidalphia for a new job that Ikea headquarters has offered BJ. It will be excellent for them and their family ya know, but sad because they were basically our first friends when we got married and moved to HB. We have drifted apart lately because they have Kalaya and are busy but then she got pregnant again and has HORRIBLE pregnancies so its hard to get together. We are going to try to spend some more time with them before they leave us for good. Everyone leaves us lol.

Then Saturday was a freaking ball of craziness haha. I woke up so tired and couldnt get myself to get out of bed and get moving. I had a bunch of errands to run for Kisha's baby shower that I of course left for the last minute. I dragged David with me to help me out and we got it all done. Never mind that we were setting up still when guest arrived lol. OH WELL! Cant win em' all. Im 8 months pregnant... Im tired, you get what you get lol. The shower went nicely and Kisha's friends were generous with their gift giving. I didnt expect a whole lot from them since the guest list was very young but they gave her lots of clothes and stuff. They are really lucky!!
Here is a picture of Mama Kisha with her cake (thanks Meg for the cake!!): Once the shower was over we all (meaning the Clausi's, the Matson's, and the Johnson's) hung out at the institute where the shower was held and just played games and stuff. Im not bragging or anything... but I won the game of settlers. I have a slight addiction to the game. However I enjoy playing it most when Kalen is playing because he gets so worked up about stuff that it makes my victories that much sweeter (mwhahahaha). I actually got really lucky that game with how the numbers got set up lol. If it hadnt had been for that... well, Im sure that game would have kept going for a while.
Here is a picture of our little clan:
I am trying harder to get us to all take more pictures together because we spend so much time with one another that there is no reason not to document our memories better. Especially since I am a blogger. One day I will read through these and remember the things I wrote, and see the pictures which will trigger more memories. Ya know? Now... clearly this isnt the best picture... of any of us lol. BUT! Its us! And thats what makes it important.
PS- I know Im pregnant right now... but I cant wait to start losing weight again. Look at my fat toes at the bottom of the pic lol. Seriously... FAT TOES!!! I have tried very hard to maintain myself throughout this pregnant and have done well (no actual weight gained). But Im still fat, and you can call me mean... but its true. Fat is fat lol. So I look forward to taking pictures and being confident in them, not being aggrivated by how fat I look. haha.

After we finished up and Mary picked up Kaylee we decided that we all wanted to go see the new "Alice in Wonderland". It was excellent in my opinion. I love how Tim Burton depicts things in a very abstract and strange wonderful way. Its based on the "through the looking glass" story rather then the "Disney Alice in wonderland" animated idea you get when you hear the name of the movie. I slipped on the way to the theater trying to hurry since we were running slightly late. It made the movie a little painful to bear only because my back was hurting so bad... but the baby was moving like crazy so I knew she was fine which is why I chose to sit through the movie. If she hadnt had been so active I would have gone to L&D because my back was radiating like the worst period cramps ever. But it was just a back injury... didnt affect the baby. So we were good. Just sore haha. The movie started at 10:10 and we got out around 12:30am. Dropped the Johnsons off at their truck where they left it and then David and I headed home.

The next day I literally couldnt get out of bed. It was torture to get up to pee all night and in the morning. My back and hips were SO jacked from my slip that I *may or may not have* considered peeing the in freaking bed lol. It was bad. We woke up at 8:30ish and had 30 minutes to get ready for church but I couldnt move and David was SICK lol. We decided the Lord would understand. We went back to sleep. I woke up again around 10 and went to sit with the dogs cause they were barking and I wanted David to sleep more. I got back in bed around 11:30am with David (who was still sound asleep) and I fell back asleep. Around 12:30 Kalen called to see what our plans were and was pretty much speechless when he learned we were still asleep. I think he thinks we wake up with the roosters every morning haha. I ended up falling back asleep after a blurry convo and then David and I both got up for real around 1:30pm.

We were lazy for a while and just hanging around, I went up and painted the last coat of brown on our nursery walls. Grandpa wanted to eat so at 4pm we had dinner with him. Afterwards David and I went to Wal-Mart to pick up our site to store order for the nursery since they were calling and emailing me constantly to come get it haha. So we picked it up and OF COURSE that means I need it to be set up. Right then lol. Poor David. The glider/rocker/ottoman thing was simple. He got that together very quickly. I had him put it together first so I could sit in it haha. It was very comfortable. The crib? Well that was an entirely other story. The directions were like in jibberish so David was getting aggitated and confused. I finally got involved instead of sitting and watching and we eventually got the crib up. The I put the bedding in it to get a feel for what it will look like.

Here is a picture of how the room likes right now:
I still need to put the little black nightstand/table next to the glider (under the window) and then put the changing table up on the wall by the closet. There will also we a toy chest on the wall next to the glider (not the wall with the window). There is also brown curtains that will be hung, her name in wooden letters above her bed, a small bookshelf for her book collection, and the wall paper border. Here is what the wall will "generally" look like once the boarder is hung:
Grandpa and David are just holding some of it up for me for looks. I was to tired to put it up myself last night haha. The crib was to much work. Plus I wanted the brown to really dry and set before added more to it. The wall paper will wrap the entire room right in the middle of the brown.

After amazing race was over we met up at Islands with the matsons for a late night "snack" haha. Had some good convo and ate some good food. Except when they brought us the black tar like teriyaki sauce. I was like uhh no. This is not right. This is not the delish yaki sause I love so much from here. I looked down and it looked like my sandwich was bleeding the sauce was so dark. We tasted it and it was like burned tasting. I have had this happen one other time too. Ew. But they fixed it no problem. We shared my birthday brownie delight treat that was a little slice of heaven haha. Then we left the restaurant because they were basically closed and we felt bad keeping the servers there lol. We we moved out 'unit' to the parking lot and continued our deep conversations haha.

Then we called it a night and went home and to bed. Now its Monday and I am at work wishing I had a big thing of chocolate to eat lol. A symphony bar sounds devine!!

Lets here it for 32 weeks!

My belly button has began singing "how low can you...cha cha, how low can you go.." lol.
